Heart Speaks Adorable Commandments

  • Make up your mind to be happy. Learn to find pleasure in simple things.
  • Make the best of your circumstances. No one has everything, and everything, and everyone has something of sorrow intermingled with gladness of life. The trick is to make the laughter outweigh the tears.
  • Don't take yourself too seriously. Don't think that somehow your should be protected from misfortune that befalls other people.
  • You can't please everybody. Don't let criticism worry you.
  • Do the things you enjoy doing but stay out of debt.
  • Never borrow trouble. Imaginary things are harder to bear than real ones.
  • Since hate poisons the soul, do not cherish jealousy, Aboid people who make you unhappy.
  • Have many interests. If you can't travel, read about new places.
  • Don't hold postmortems. Don't spend your time brooding over sorrows or mistakes. Don't be one who never gets over things.
  • Do what you can for those less fortunate than yourself.
  • Keep busy at something. A busy person never has time to be unhappy.

C Programming in Linux

Friends,
If you are looking to start C programming in Linux, all you need is to check whether you have C compiler is installed in your linux or not.To check type gcc in the terminal, if it says, gcc:no input files it means you have C compiler installed in your system. GCC is a C compiler in Linux. Like Turbo C and Borland C is there for Windows.

Lets start with a very simple programe to print Hello world ! type the following lines,
-----------------------------------
#include
main()
{
printf("Hello world !");
return 0;
}
--------------------------------
Type these lines in any of the text editor you are suitable with, dont forget to save the file with extn name e.g. hello.c, avoid saving file with test.c

To compile your programe type gcc -o hello hello.c if it shows no error you may run your programe by simply typing ./hello

Now you are ready to start your programming

Attending the calsses

Our final year classes are going smoothly. What i think is, attending classes is simply wastage of our time and as well as the time of our lecturers. This thing is pointed in the movie 'Beautiful Mind' directed by Ron Howard, a story of an American scientist John Forbes Nash, nobel laureate in economics. In final year, students have to prepare lots and lots of things someone is preparing for GATE, some for CAT or entrance of other Management Institutions, some has to do projects, some has to make himself/herself able to be recruited by some companies with highest salary package. Our institution is so good that keeping these things in mind they have declared Saturday as holiday only for final year students. But only some students are really benefited with this facility. Saturday and Sunday just passes by working on assignments and sleeping. This is fact that at least 20-30percent student in every institution are not serious but, this percentage becomes 5% when they are in their final year. Making attendance compulsory means you need to sit in the classroom forcefully neither you are studying nor doing any other work it is like wasting your time with friends in canteen. A serious student will work anyhow whether in classroom or outside the classroom only getting good percentage does not mean that you are learning. A student who study to secure good marks is worthless he is of no use after study he does not have any practicle knowledge but some good qualities are induced in his thoughts which make him/her little different from others. Similarly student not attending the classes but busy with his/her interesting field will definitely go ahead. Personality in both these students will be different.
I just want that, this attendance should not be compulsory.

To my friends,

I am a true citizen of my country, highly inspired by Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, Swami Vivekanand, Swami Ramdev, Amitabh Bachchan.
Aim of my life is to make my country environment friendly developed nation because, today the developed nations are not environment friendly.Developed nations are hi-tech they are living in 2-3 generation ahead and because of this they are contributing more pollution. Since, every industry in developed countries have a panel of environment engineer to control their waste product but still they are unable to minimize it.
"I was born in a developing nation but, will make it developed so that I can die in a developed nation."
People say that, "Akela chana bhad nahi fod sakta" But I believe that "ek sudhrega tabhi desh sudhrega" I have started working in this direction...
  • I DO NOT PUT MY TV OR MUSIC SYSTEM ON ‘STANDBY’ MODE - I SWITCH IT OFF WHEN NOT IN USE !
  • I SWITCH OFF THAT EXTRA LIGHT BULB IN THE ROOM, AND SWITCH IT OFF COMPLETELY WHEN I LEAVE IT ! USE ENERGY SAVING BULBS !
  • I DO NOT THROW WASTE ANYWHERE EXCEPT DUSTBIN!
  • I AVOID USE OF PLASTIC BAG!

Amitabh bachchan is promoting "CONSCIOUSNESS OF GLOBAL WARMING "

Swami vivekanand says to youth "ARISE AWAKE AND KNOW YOUR STRENGTH" swami ji says, today we all are contributing toward the development of our country directly or indirectly but before contributing to our country we first develop ourself, unless and untill we are not well disciplined, sincere and honest our nation cannot be a developed nation. In short we must not forget our religion.

Dr. A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM asks us to take the seven point oath...

  1. I realize, I have to set a goal in my life. To achieve the goal, I will acquire the knowledge, I will work hard, and when the problem occurs, I have to defeat the problem and succeed.
  2. As a youth of my nation, I will work and work with courage to achieve success in all my tasks and enjoy the success of others.
  3. I shall always keep myself, my home, my surroundings, neighbourhood and environment clean and tidy.
  4. I realize righteousness in the heart leads to beauty in the character, beauty in the character brings harmony in the home, harmony in the home leads to order in the nation and order in the nation leads to peace in the world.
  5. I will lead an honest life free from all corruption and will set an example for others including my home to adopt a righteous way of life.
  6. I will light the lamp of knowledge in the nation and ensure that it remains lit for ever.
  7. I realize, whatever work I do if I do the best, I am contributing towards realizing the vision of developed India 2020.

I request my friends to join me in this operation and take the seven point oath of Dr. A.P.J.ABDUL KALAM.
